Whatever happened to alternative worship?

A panel discussion at greenbelt

3.30pm friday afternoon - the shelter

At the end of the 20th century it looked like the renewal of the church was going to come from a growing movement of small groups experimenting with creativity in worship and exploring the possibilities of engaging with young people through the use of technology, art and contemporary music.  This session will feature a panel of key figures from those early days of alternative worship to tell some stories from those days of experimentation and rebellion and discuss the current environment for this kind of activity and the future for the church.
